Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

  • We offer a 14 day exchange or money back guarantee on all merchandise returned in new condition. New condition is defined as: unworn, never used, with all original tags perfectly attached (never removed), and in the original packaging.
  • We charge a 20% return/ restocking fee on all returns made for buyer's remorse, including false "item not as described' claims and on all items that are not returned in new condition as described above. All of our products are accurately represented.
  • Cancellations or returns on special order items will be charged a 50% cancellation/return fee. These are products we do not keep in stock and are ordered or created just for you. These items are clearly noted on each special order product page. As we have to pay the artists for the items and we cannot return special order items ourselves, we must charge a 50% cancellation fee for each special order item in order to cover our own costs and risk associated with accepting special orders.
  • Exchanges: If you've ordered the wrong size or color, we are happy to make an exchange as long as the original product is returned in new condition. We do not charge a return fee on exchanges. If we have sent you the wrong product by mistake or if an item was damaged by the post office, we will replace the product and waive the return fee. We will cover the return shipping on any item we have sent by mistake.
  • If an item was damaged during shipment, please send photos of the original damaged package prior to opening, if possible.
  • If you need to make a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your order.
  • Cancellations made for no reason (buyer's remorse, found a cheaper deal elsewhere, the dog (or child) placed the order, etc) will be charged a 15% cancellation fee.
  • 30 Day Ring Exchange - if your ring doesn't fit and you need a new size, we are happy to accept exchanges for up to 30 days after receipt.
